As Kempinski expands across the globe, the Senior Leadership Development Programme identifies and nurtures the next generation of corporate and regional leaders who will shape the next chapters in the Kempinski story. Designed to elevate the strategic capabilities of our General Managers, this programme equips leaders with the tools and knowledge to navigate complex challenges and seize opportunities through a set of insightful modules that cover analysis, strategic thinking and effective decision-making.

Proven hoteliers whose skills have been finessed across operational departments can join a fast-track general manager development programme, designed to prepare the next generation of leaders to take the helm at new and existing Kempinski hotels. The Succession programme accelerates the growth of high-potential Executive Assistant Managers and Hotel Managers. This 12-month intensive journey includes tailored development plans, intensive training and mentorship from experienced senior GMs, preparing aspiring leaders for their first General Manager role.
